The place where I write: Valzhyna Mort [Belarus]

I have an office at home but rarely use it. Alas, I won’t be writing any odes to my devoted desk any time soon. This is a picture of a spot where I like to read and write, but there are other places in the house where I work. Writing at home is the hardest. My ideal picture would be of an airport, a hotel, a train – I love writing when I travel, that is when I become a stranger, a nobody.
